No Longer Receiving Error Messages

    Since 4.0.11, version 4 has finally been working fine for me, or so I thought – I just discovered that a couple of my auto-posts failed, but I didn’t receive error messages for them. This IS selected in the preferences, and worked fine in 3.x (it may have worked in 4.0.11 too – I’m not sure if this problem started with 4.0.x or 4.1.x).

    I don’t see any reference to this issue in the last two change logs – do you have an ETA on this? Without reliable error message posting I’ve had to revert to 3.8.8, but I don’t think I can stay on it forever.

    DO you have anything in the Log/History tab or it’s completely empty?

    Hi. I’m not sure why, but I wasn’t notified of your earlier response by WordPress.

    Anyway, you are misunderstanding the problem. The logs are completely fine – all errors are being logged correctly. The problem is, I am not receiving email notifications of errors – I noticed that sometimes the auto posting failed for one reason or another, but I wasn’t notified by email. I have this option set in the preferences, and it works fine in 3.x.
