No logo since theme update

    Hello @gitedordognenow,

    The issue might come from a plugin conflict.
    Can you please back up your site for security purposes, and try to deactivate your plugins one by one, and check if any of them causes this issue to appear?

    I’m guessing you guys found the bug and fixed it or worked around because after a subsequent Neve theme update, the logo and menu is working A-OK.

    Hello.

    i am also having this same issue. I have uploaded my logo, but the logo and the tagline is not showing even when I have sent it to show. What do I do?

    Please make sure you enabled properly the logo and tagline options from the Customizer. You can check out our documentation on this topic here.

    I tried uninstalling all the plugins.

    Later I found out that PopularFx plugin and PageLayer plugin were clashing together. So I had to delete PageLayer, install Elementor, and rebuild my website.
