No links and 500?

    Hi,

    The 500 error came from bit.ly, make sure that the key/user are correct and there is not space added

    No I’ve re enetered my key and user number….still coming up 500 and no links?

    Hi GlitterMama,

    In this case we can offer three possibilities:

    1. You can try to contact bit.ly
    2. You can create another account at bit.ly
    3. Try to use other shorter

    Hi @ilen,

    The error 500 appears because the link which you sent to bit.ly or authentication keys are incorrect. Maybe you put a space somewhere.
