• WordPress themes utilizing the Kirki customizer framework are currently broken. Due to critical security vulnerabilities, an update is mandatory, but there is unfortunately zero support available for legacy versions.

  • Hello @rwky,

Please note that we have not removed support for customizer. This functionality is still available and supported in the current versions. I recommend checking for theme and plugin compatibility, as the issue may be caused by outdated implementation.

@urnafiz multiple projects after updating to kirki 6+ their customiser does not work properly or it’s empty (no options).

This is not our fault – as an user – it’s the theme author and you as the plugin author.

Please do not transform this into a support ticket.

    Hello @rwky,

We can confirm that customizer remains supported in Kirki’s newer version. If customizer controls appear missing or empty after updating, this typically indicates that theme’s Kirki implementation requires adjustments for compatibility. As these issues are theme specific, theme author is best positioned to provide the necessary updates.
