* on the 2nd refresh after re-building the cache is when the store disappears.
you’re on hostgator or godaddy? You may try to disable server cache π
Oh I’m on bluehost, I think the guy who set up my caching did enable server cache. Maybe there is a way to exclude that one page where I have wp-spreadplugin.
Thimo, can I hire you to take a look into my site?
If cache is enabled I can’t do anything π
Thimo. FYI:
I decided that sacrificing website speed for this plugin was not worth it. I was able to enable the JavaScript spreadshop successfully, but the items could not be added to the cart. I was able to resolve the problem by adding */shop-url to the list of page cache exceptions in W3TC (my caching plugin).
Note: adding the exception did not help wp-spreadplugin however. I’ve disabled the plugin for now, but will check in every now and then to see if there was a fix. Thank you!
Are you able to send me an export of your configuration of w3tc by email?
w3tc should be fixed now.
I tried it again after your update, still the same problem.
