For me this seems to be a conflict with the theme you are using. Does this happen with one of the standard wordpress themes?
Could you send us details about the theme you are using?

the site is using a child theme on the genesis framework.
I switched to the 2011 theme, the 2012 theme, all the way through the 2014 theme and no change in the plugin allowing the insert link button to work.

Unfortunately we can’t reproduce this error. We have this plugin running in over 300 sites and we don’t have this problem on any of our sites.

Hi there, I am running a child theme on the genesis framework.
When I activate the “DoFollow Case by Case” plugin, I lose the ability to make links via the popup window that comes by clicking the LINK icon.
The JavasScript error message is:
ReferenceError: tinyMCEPopup is not defined

I’m seeing some chatter on the net about previous versions of tinyMCEPopup perhaps not playing well with WordPress 3.9 if that clue helps….

Thanks for your hint. Now we have been able to trace the problem and solve it.
Version 2.8 doesn’t have this problem any more.
Please update to version 2.8.

we are using version 3.9.1 I just reinstalled it.
i can create an account for you to see the problem. if you like. and I did update to the latest version of the plugin.
carlnd, can you please check that you have versión 2.8 of the plugin?
If you have this version installed and still have the problems, create us an account for info [at] apasionados.es.

– version 3.9.1 of wordpress
– genesis 2.1.2
Your version 2.8 has completely solved the link pop up window problem.

hi. from this morning i am having problem plugins. I cannot access any new plugin and cant even activate my virtue toolkit.if i am clicking on search plugin button, error comes in this way…
“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
and there is no problem with the particular website or theme coz i have tried this from my another website which has different theme and it has the same problem. please help if you can..
