No-index & remove from sitemap specific post format

    Hi,

    I’m looking for a way to automatically no-index posts and remove them from sitemap based on a specific post format ?

    To be complete, my feed is composed by post and instagram image. I use post format ‘image’ for instagram image. I had a external link to the original instagram image so we never go to a ‘instagram format’ page.
