no impressions with widget

when we activate the widget with banner id# select randomly and autorotation on impressions are not counted. It looks like there’s no id send with it?
of course we set advert type, pause and change speed.
to render i left blank.When i take it as banner id# just one single number it works like a charm and counts the impressions.
How can i solve this problem?
