Can you please answer the following questions to help me find a solution?
– What Language is your WordPress installation set to?
– Can you provide me with the URL you are referring to for the author image not displaying?
– What other specific text or URLs are not translating properly for you?

French. I have a multi-site multi-domain installation.
– Can you provide me with the URL you are referring to for the author image not displaying?
This image should be displayed :

With starbox (The one I am using right now and would like to replace) it is correctly displayed as you can see on this page (you will see 2 athor box, the one from your plugin et the one from starbox).

By translation, I mean shortcode replacement. Instead of [wysija_form id=”1″] a newsletter subscription box should be displayed, as it is properly displayed with starbox (the second author box).

Thanks for answering my questions.
Here is what I have found:
– I’m able to get your avatar (http://icinger.fr/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/cedric_avatar-80×80.jpg) to work on my test installation by adding it as the “Custom Avatar URL” in my Profile Settings. Does this work for you? Is this a viable solution for you?
– I understand now that you want shortcodes you enter in the Sexy Author Bio description field to process properly. I have pushed a tiny update to this public file: class-sexy-author-bio.php that allows that. So download and install a new copy of Sexy Author Bio 1.3.7 off wordpress.org to get this update.

Yes it was my mistakes. I didn’t see those field as I enabled your plugin on my subwesite maigrir-innovation.icinger.fr but I edited my profile settings on the main website icinger.fr.
