Hi,

I simply want to add a banner at the top of the page.

Issue being I don’t have an option to select ‘Above Header’ so not sure what I can do?

Hello,

Insertion position Above Header (after <body> tag) is available only when Output buffering is enabled.

This setting is located on the general plugin settings tab (tab ⚙ / tab General):

I’m happy to see that you have already managed to insert banner there – I see code block 1 inserted above the header on the homepage.
