Sorry, but I can’t see your link. I guess you forget to add link to the gallery to your first post (please send me this link).
My guess, in the case if you don’t see any errors on page and in console of the browser please check to make sure that you upload images to the gallery media manager. If you forget to upload images to the gallery plugin could work the way you described in your first post. Let me know.

My gallery is also invisible on the page. I have tab container. In each tab there is a 2jgallery shortcode. But 2jGalleries don’t load when I click through the tabs.

I need to go to the tab, then click on the gallery navigation button so the gallery load on the page. Only then it appears. But I need so gallery loads automatically, without calling it with the navigation button. When I remove gallery navigation button, it doesn’t solve the problem. Gallery doesn’t load anyways in other tabs.
The only way the gallery loads is when I re-load the page on the specific tab. For example: https://studio3signs.thedigitalsquare.com/products/#tab-tab-6354-0-0-0-6354-2
I load the page on the tab3 and ONLY in tab3 the Gallery will appear.
(The tab module always worked without any problem with all kind of content and shortcodes)
