No funciona, que ocurre?

He instalado vuestro plugin pero no aparece el icono y no funciona.
Creo que está todo bien configurado, pero no se ve.

Por favor podeis ayudarme?
He usado vuestro plugin en otros sitios y es un plugin genial!
