No "Front Page Template"

    Hi,

    This theme comes with front-page.php file.

    So to use the homepage, you need to have “Your latests posts” selected as “Frontpage displays” option, under Settings > Reading, and it will work. 🙂

    Same problem here.
    in theme documentation, in Static front page section ( here https://themeisle.com/documentation-zerif-lite/#s13 ) it says You must select the Front page template for the static page set as Front page. open the link and see the picture to know what I mean.
    in wordpress control panel, however, under “Page Attributes” there are only 2 options: blog and full width page. no option as “front page format”

    Hello sinameraji,

    Thank you for reporting this, unfortunately the documentation is a bit outdated and we’ll have to rework it. Hardeep was right, the default Latest Posts options is working.
