no footer submenus

Tried to post this in Astra support but all I can do is find previous posts and no place for new topic. Maybe someone can direct me/this to correct forum?

Using Astra Pro and Elementor to develop site and going live soon. Header and footer menus are same “main menu” submenus appear on header but not on footer menu. Footer menu will only navigate to items with no submenus. Tried changing size of footer but no difference.
