Does a thumbnail appear in the “Video Thumbnail” meta box in the WordPress editor? If a thumbnail appears there, Video Thumbnails is working properly.
When sharing a link to Facebook, it is up to your theme or SEO plugin to include the meta tags that tell Facebook about the featured image.

I am having this problem too. Yes, the video thumbnail does appear in the individual posts, but is not showing up in Facebook. So strange because it used to work perfectly, up until several months ago.
I am using the Thesis theme on WordPress 3.8.1. Do you have any ideas what settings to look at to see that it’s sharing the correct data with Facebook? Is it possibly something easy to check or modify on any general settings pages?
