No events displayed

    Hi there,

    For a few days, no events are displayed on my calendar and on my site…
    I thought that was a problem with updates. But it is not!

    Version The Events Calendar 5.13.0 -> 5.16.2.1
    The Events Cal Category Colors 6.7.1 -> 7.0.6
    WordPress 5.8.4 -> 6.0

    PHP 7.3.16 (I asked web host to update, waiting for an answer. Can’t do it by myself)
    Outdated sql server (I asked web host to update, waiting for an answer. Can’t do it by myself)

    Please help!

    Hello @cgraphik, thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to hear about this. Let me help you with this one.

    Appreciate you providing the direct URL to your website and versions of the plugins here. It seems like this is intermittent; I could see the events in both list and month view on my end using different browsers and incognito mode. Could you also try clearing the cache on your browser, and if you have a third-party plugin handling site cache?

    I asked the web host to update, waiting for an answer. Can’t do it by myself.

    We recommend PHP 7.4, as this is the version we fully support. Please do not upgrade to PHP 8. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/php-8-support/

    Hello Abz,
    thks for your answer. (Sorry I didn’t see it before today). I noticed that everything seems to be displayed. But I didn’t change anything… PHP is still 7.3.16 because my web hoster can’t upgrade (except if I upgrade my host).

    So the problem can be marked as Resolved, even if I can’t explain how 😉
