The link above to the warning seems to be missing. Also you may want to check the archive.zip file and see if it has all the contents of your site, it may be possible it wasn’t zipped up during the build process…

And yes, archive zip has only two files – database.sql and installer-backup.php.

Sorry, this shutter program is new for me. Don’t understand why working links become missing..
When you created the package does it have have any directory path filters setup. The settings will be on Step 1 > Archive > Files Tab.
