There’s no support for this issue because you can’t login without buying anything. Don’t pretend you offer support when you don’t. Don’t tell us to submit a ticket when you KNOW you can’t for free support.

I’m sorry for any confusion here. For situations like this, we ask that you contact us at the link I shared: https://wpforms.com/contact/, using the right-hand option (‘Complete a Form’).
That will allow you to submit a ticket without logging in, and that way we can collect more information to help troubleshoot.

NOTE: This was resolved in our private support channel. There were two issues – in case it helps anyone else, here’s how we addressed them:
1) Emails not delivering: The SMTP setup wasn’t complete yet (here’s the tutorial for setting up WP Mail SMTP)
2) Entries not saving: We toggled the activation of WPForms (deactivated it, then activated it again), and that fixed this issue.
