Support » Plugin: Stencil » No effective support!

  • There is no good support. They say to answer me privately and then finally they say that my problem is not a priority. Then they closed my ticket as solved. This does not helping me further.
    In this case, even 1 star is too much. 🙁
    They don’t care about issues from free users. This not good publicity.
    I will no longer recommend this product to anyone. Unless they follow it up honestly.

    I’m super sorry I didn’t follow up with you. It’s been a busy little while, and we couldn’t prioritize your issue because it effects so few users.

    I’m also sorry that you’ve given us such a low rating for a bug that is limited to a very specific use-case, and whereby Stencil continues to work in most cases. I’ll reach out to you directly, but appreciate your frustration.
