    Hello! πŸ™‚
    We have setup the GA integration plugin and confirmed all settings are correct. We’re also seeing ecommerce related events. However, no actual transactions were recorded for 7 days now. Can you help us check what’s wrong?

    Do you recall making any changes to your site around the same time this started happening? It could be an update to your theme, another plugin, or even adding a new plugin to your site.

    Thanks for sharing the system status report. I see you have the latest version of the WooCommerce Google Analytics extension.

    1. As a first step, If you are still not seeing data, please make sure eCommerce is enabled within Google Analytics as shown in this support documentation:

    From the settings in your screenshot, I can see this is enabled on the plugin settings.

    2. Please make sure that the payment method used redirects the customer back to the proper thank you/order received page. You can refer to “Purchase Transactions” from the doc above

    3. If any of the settings above are changed, please wait some time and try to make a test purchase on incognito/private browser window, and wait 24 hrs for that test purchase data to be shown on GA.

    Hello, didn’t see it, thank you.
    We made small changes on our website, nothing much.
    1. It was already enabled before (i know about that)
    2. It does – link regex is: blagajna/order-received
    3. Still nothing is shown
