No “Display once per session” option
-
Have been trying to not have the pop-up appear on every page but the “Display once per session” option I have read about doesn’t appear to exist in the plug-in (which is up-to-date). I am just not looking in the right place? I currently have the pop-up switched off.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Dear @ymacaccount,
Thank you for the topic.
I want to mention, that in order to find the Display once per session option you need to go to the Popups > particular popup > Settings tab and scroll down a little bit.
Please let us know whether you are checking there and can’t find the option or not.See the screenshots below:
Please provide us with the following information for further investigation of the case:
1. The version of the plugin you are using.
2. The screenshot of the options of the Settings tab.Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.
Thank you – that has guided me to the right section. It looks a little different in the version I’m using but I don’t know how I missed it.

Hi there
While this initially worked, the pop-up keeps coming up when people click to go other pages on the site – it doesn’t appear just the once when people arrived at the site. I have switched it off and on again and while it works for a time, it then reverts to popping up every time someone goes to a new page.
Dear @ymacaccount,
Thank you for your response.
Please provide us with the following information for further checking of your case.
1. The link, we need to see/check the popup.
2. The screenshots of the General, Settings, and Limitation Users tabs so that we can check the settings configuration.
3. Please let us know whether the page, where the given popup is enabled is cached or not.
If yes, please clear all the caches and check the case again.
4. The version of the popup you are currently using. Please provide us with this info so that we can help you to solve the problem as soon as possible.
By the way, please feel free to open a new topic each time you have new questions so that the information can be accessible to other users as well.
Thank you.
How do you clear the caches?
Dear @ymacaccount,
Thanks for your reply.
We don’t know what Cache plugin exactly you are using.
So, please get in touch with the Cache plugin Support Team so they can guide you accordingly.
Please make sure the cache is not generated on the page where the given popup is enabled.
After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.Thank you.
Before I explore this option, I notice on the Display option that “All pages” is selected. Does this have an impact if I have “Display once per session” enabled? I have tried just using “Include Landing Pages” (and nothing else) but the pop-up doesn’t work then. I have also tried the Exclude option and excluding everything but the Landing Pages but the pop-up doesn’t work then either. Just trying to establish whether this section has an impact if “Display once per session” has been selected.
Dear @ymacaccount,
Thank you for your reply.
Surely, the Display once per session option affects the All pages functionality. These features along with several other options work tied up.
Please let me explain this by bringing up an example.
Let’s imagine we have chosen the “All pages” option and set 1440 min (1 day) for the “Display once per session” option.
That means the popup will be opened for the current user once by entering any page on your website. The system will wait 1 day, then, the popup will be displayed for the current user at any time the user enters your website once more, and so on.
And, let’s discuss this case.
When we choose the “Include” option, 1 page to display the popup, and set 1440 for the “Display once per session” option, the popup will be displayed for the user once only when he/she enters the Popup test post.
Then, the system will wait 1 day and the same logic will work for the same post again.See the screenshots below:
Thank you.
