Can you check your wp-config.php and see if WP_CACHE is set?

Do you have access to your php.ini? IF so can you check and see if output_buffering is on?
I currently don’t have FTP or control panel access, but can ask my client if they are able to see those things, or give me the access required.

Could you try to change your shortcodes to include the delivery_format option, so, from something like:
[email-download download_id=”1807″ contact_form_id=”1806″]
to something like
[email-download download_id=”1807″ contact_form_id=”1806″ delivery_format=”inline link”]
?
I think I’ve figured out what’s going on, but this gave me a quick fix until a patch for the plugin comes out.

I just checked with support. It wasn’t switched on, so we made the change. Unfortunately, this didn’t solve the problem.
