You have probably a plugin or theme conflict. Disable all your plugins except for WC and check. If it works you’re going to want to turn them back on one by one until you see the culprit. If that doesn’t result in anything try switching to a default theme. Then you know the issue is the theme.
See as your using Elemantor my guess would be that along with all its add ons.
You could also make sure the sections are visible by selecting the “Screen Options” in the top right-hand corner and making sure the respective checkboxes are selected.
