• Since 2 days , the customers email addresses aren’t saved anymore.

    I disabled any Anti spam and Wordfence, but nothing changed.

    the email address field is available on the checkout page.

    What could I check?

    I understand that customer email addresses are no longer being saved with orders, while the email field is still visible on the checkout page.

    To help us investigate, could you please confirm if this issue is happening for all customers or only specific customers?

    Also, have you tried placing a test order yourself to check whether the email address is saved correctly for a new order? If you have, please let us know whether the issue occurs with your test order as well.

    As an additional test, could you try placing a test order using the Cash on Delivery payment method and check whether the customer email address is saved correctly? This will help us determine if the issue is related to a specific payment gateway or the checkout process in general.

    Could you also let us know where exactly the email address is missing? For example, is it missing only from the order details page, or is it also missing from customer accounts, and email notifications?

    Did this start after any recent changes, such as a WooCommerce/WordPress update, plugin update, theme change, or checkout customization?
