No “Credit Card” button

    Hi,

    As mentioned in “Woocommerce paypal checkout gateway” plugin, I need to update to “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” plugin. i am testing the replacement plugin in staging environment and when i use sandbox mode, there are “PayPal” and “credit” buttons which i need. but when i turn off sandbox mode and use production mode, there is only “PayPal” button which is not what i expect. what should i do to get both buttons?

    Hi @hillwah,

    The Credit Card smart button should be provided automatically on the checkout page with no need to set anything up. It will not appear anymore on the non-checkout pages though.
    Anyway, there are only three settings that could result in the credit card button being hidden:
    -horizontal button layout
    -disabled via Disable funding sources setting
    -PayPal Card Processing is enabled

    If none of these apply, then we would be interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report. The system report can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
