Is the outage site wide or only on this page?
Are you running any new optimization plugins, minification plugins, or compression plugins?
What is your current cashing settings in the plugin settings area? Can you take a screenshot?

There’s an impressive number of XHR network requests and console logs with errors; so there is a lot that could potentially be breaking the behavior.
I’d recommend turning caching completely off at the Radle settings level and testing again.
Then I’d recommend deactivating plugins to see if the deactivation fixes it.
Some culprits might be:
EPN Smart Tools / Ebay / EPN related plugin
portland.js — part of a Ezoic/ad stack
Cloudflare Rocket loader
I have cleared the cache. I don’t seem to have any of the plugins that you mentioned, and all the plugins I do have are used on the site, so I can’t remove them.

I am doing some digging it it may be that when we rolled Radle pro into radle free the setting “Max Siblings” was set to 0, and this is breaking the comments.
Can you check the Radle setting for Max Siblings and let me know what you see? If it is zero, set it to 10 or higher and this may fix the problem.
it was at 5 and i moved it to.20 and its still.the same

The tested upto v6.8.6 is in red on site all other plugind ate in black
Thanks for confirming the version. That helps, and it also confirms that the Max Siblings setting is a dead end here, moving onto the next.
Please tell me what Comment Approval Filter setting is set to.
If it is set to Show Only Approved Comments, that is very likely the cause. I don’t think this will be the issue but I want to cross it out.
Also I am releasing 2.0.5 that will include diagnostic information why the comments are empty. Please let me know when you activate it and I will check again.
Also, in Radle → Settings → Comments, what is Cache Duration set to?

cache is set to none – disabled
comments now working after the new install
working on desktop not.on mobile
Interesting, it could be that mobile is currently still cached and that yesterday’s issue was a rate limit issue. I am not sure. We need to watch it more; another day to see if mobile fixes on its own and to make sure it does not happen again on desktop.
I added additional diagnostics to the latest version that should help us discover more about why it happens, if it happens again.
You should enable caching in the meantime to something like every 3-30 minutes and that should help with being rate limited by Reddit.
There should be a graph in your Radle settings that shows how often your site breaks your rate limit usage limit. I be you will see that you are going over the limit often.
