I’ve just uploaded version 0.8. There is a change I made for a different feature but should make saving the settings less error prone.
Did you have an older version of the plugin installed before 0.7 ? Or did you directly install 0.7 ?
Also is the problem affecting all settings or just a few of them ?
Please update to 0.8 and let me know whether you still have problems.
Got an error when updating to 0.8 then uninstalled it completely and now I can’t activate a new installation of the plugin.
What for an error message do you get when you try to activate the plugin ?
I don’t get any… it just won’t activate.
Just tried it on my blog: update to 0.8, uninstall, reinstall. But I didn’t have any problem… I’ll try this on another server in a few hours.
Which version of WordPress are you using ? If you know it, which version of PHP ?
It’s strange that you get absolutely no message. WordPress should always either report that the plugin was successfully activated or show some error message that the plugin couldn’t be activated.
When you activate the plugin, you just return to the plugin page without any additional message ?
Tried deactivating other plugins and installing again and then got this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/www/folkevognsrugbrodet.dk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-category-tag-could/classes/wp-category-tag-cloud.php on line 272
OK. Fixed it in version 0.8.1. It’s because I used a construct which didn’t exit in your PHP version yet.
Please give it try and let me know whether it works.
Thanks! It seems to work fine now.
