Hi,
Do you mean with ‘it looks if the page keep loading.’ that you keep seeing a loader icon next to the categories dropdown?
It this the case for all three types? Do the pages in the pop-ups load correctly?
Please recheck your API keys because it looks like there is still an error in one of these.

I copy and paste my Api key and secret key but it stays the same no categories
Make sure there are no spaces between the key string, at the beginning and the end of the string.
We would like to help you. Please provide some extra information, by answering the questions:
– Did you try other widgets and did you succesfully retrieve products?

I am sure there are no strings at the beginning and end of the string
I tried 3 other widgets The search widget, Products widget and the bestesellers widget. They don’t show up in sidebar and I didn’t retrieve products.
The loading icon stops after a while but I cannot select any categories
This is the case for all three types. It looks like the pages load correctly I can save them.
Can you check or your API keys are correct at Bol.com? Since the categories are never loading it looks like the keys are incorrect. These categories should be loaded from the Bol.com Open API.

How can I see if my API keys are correct?
Via the WordPress Bol.com plugin this is currently not possible. But the categories are loaded via the Bol Open API and can only be loaded if the API keys are set correctly. So when you don’t see any categories in the dropdown what is the case in your sitation the keys are possibly not correct.
In the new version you can now check or your API keys are filled in correctly.
