    Hello,

    I installed the plugin correctly, but it does not allow me to dial a billing number, since when saving in your options, nothing comes out, besides, when changing the status of the order, no number appears when I generate the invoice.

    Why does this happen? Thank you

    Hi @ideandoestudio,

    I think I need a little bit more information. Are you referring to the invoice number? You can find the option to show or hide the invoice number in WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice and make sure the ‘Display invoice number’ option is checked.

    Yes, I checked this checkbox in this menu (WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice), and add prefix.

    But, when go to “All order” and change status one order to complete, or new order,
    it does not appear, in the pdf invoice the title appears but not the number.
    In the column “all orders”, I do not see the invoice number either.

    When I access settings, to indicate that I start the invoice in a number, I give it to edit and save, but then it appears empty that box again.

    I hope to explain myself well. I do not know if I can send you screenshot.

    Hi! If you want to share a screenshot you could use a service like imgur.com
    The question was specifically about the “Display invoice number” option, which is separate from the prefix settings etc.
    Note that in the edit invoice number box, you can only enter numbers, it should be the unformatted number without any leading zeros or prefix/suffix.

    You mention that changing the status does not generate the invoice number, this could also be attachment related. Does clicking the PDF invoice icon generate an invoice number?

    I think you’ll see quickly what happens. I have tried all the options, without prefix, without invoice number, to start alone, and it does not appear.

    Just let me put the invoice number if I enter manually in the order and I write it myself.

    It looks like for some reason the plugin is unable to create its table for the invoice numbers in your database. One thing you could try is enable the “Calculate document numbers” option under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status

    I activated that option, created an invoice and changed the number manually and now follows the order I want.

    Glad to hear that! This means that your database doesn’t allow the plugin to set a custom AUTO_INCREMENT value for the table, I haven’t actually seen that before.
    Let us know if there’s anything else you need help with!
