    Hi,

    i just installed this great plugin, after testing it, i bought the zip-function. The backup was working fine withou zipping, hundrets of files were added to my dropbox account, everything was ok. Now it won’t work anymore. Here is what the log says:

    15:03:25 : Backing up WordPress path at (/var/www/...).
    15:03:24 : Creating zip archive.
    15:03:07 : There has been no backup activity for a long time. Attempting to resume the backup.
    14:57:10 : Backing up WordPress path at (/var/www/...).
    14:57:10 : Creating zip archive.
    14:56:53 : Backup started on Monday November 26, 2012.

    This entries are continuing as long, as i don’t klick on “stop backup”. I searched a bit, and added some lines to my htaccess:

    <Files "wp-cron.php">
    Allow from All
    Satisfy Any
    </Files>

    I thought i could help, but the problem continues. I’m using you latest version from today, i re-installed your plugin twice but i’m still hanging at the same point. Can you help me?

    Thank you!

  • Isn’t the zip file supposed to be uploaded to dropbox? I bought the premium extension yesterday so I could zip the files, and started the backup. It ran for 12 hours, and placed about 3 gigs of files in my backup folder on my server, but none were put in dropbox. In my backups folder, they all looked like partial files except one, which was the largest.

    Here are the last several lines of the backup log:
    09:06:39: Uploading /XXX/XXX/public_html/blog/wp-content/backups/wpb2d-backup-log.txt.
    09:06:39: A total of 81MB of memory was used to complete this backup.
    09:06:39: Backup complete.
    09:06:39: Deleting old zip archive traci-bunkers:-welcome-to-my-world-backup-2012-12-28.zip
    09:06:32: Uploading /XXX/XXX/public_html/blog/wp-content/backups/traci-bunkers:-welcome-to-my-world-backup-2012-12-28.zip.

    but I can’t find the file it’s referring to. The one that’s in my backup folder is 2012-12-27.zip I deleted all of the partial files because they caused me to hit the space limit on my host.

    If you cant get it to work I will happily refund your purchase provided that its within 60 days.

    Just send me an email with the email address you used to purchase it.

    Cheers,
    Mikey

    I Know–I’d rather get it to work though. Any ideas? Isn’t the zipped file suppose to upload to Dropbox? Is there a way to make all of this happen without creating about 5 gigs worth of files for a 600mb backup?
