Hi all,

we have configured the header-image via design but it is not displayed. what could be wrong?

Hello @imkermarcx,

You have disabled Header Image section from your website. Please enable it.

To enable Sub Header, Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Page Title Area and uncheck “Disable Page Title bar?” setting. Go back also find “Header Image” setting to change your Sub Header background image. Please check your website again.
