A quick update for everyone following this thread: The problem is that as a precaution against fake comments, Gravatar opt-in is not stored for email addresses belonging to registered users. The current plan is to make this behavior configurable by the user, probably in release 1.1.0 or 1.2.0.

Hello Support,
i recently activated Avatar Privacy and now almost no image (Gravatar) is shown.
One comment of a friend (“Leo”) is shown alright, but all other comments (which of course activated the option get the Gravatar) have no image.
Cache is empty (using comet cache here).
What do I make wrong?
Any help would be great!
