Hi, have enabled Login Whitelist feature under Brute Force. If you have is the IP address of the computer or laptop used in this instance included in the Login Whitelist?

Client is trying to login and getting “Not available.”

This occurs when you have renamed the login page but you are trying to go directly to yoursite.com/wp-admin.
You need to use the special renamed login page link to log in.

So am I’m stuck unless I edit the database?

No – no need to do that.
If you have manually deactivated the aiowps plugin by renaming its folder and also removed the rules from the .htaccess file, you should simply be able to go directly to the login page. (If your browser is caching one of the old URLs simply remove all of the stuff from the question mark “?” and all that comes after). In other words just type the following URL in the browser:
    yoursite.com/wp-login.php

I named the AIOWPS folder back to original and restored .htaccess

Decided I would look into the database but when I tried to login to the client’s hosting cpanel I got this error…

“Sorry for the inconvenience! The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.”

The host “restarted http” which I guess means rebooted the server and the login started working again with no issue.

So can “not available” happen with a server error even though the public (non-cached) site be working? That would be good to know for future reference.

    Thanks.
