No authentication w/ google analytics, when using www.domain.com.

the plugin request access for domain from google analytcis http://domain.com.
I have oogle analytics look at http://www.domain.com
I have google webmaster tools look at http://www.domain.com
I have WordPress site url set to http://www.domain.com
This plugin for what ever reason tries to autenticate via domain.com instead using the Site URL variable.
Had a whole 30 mintues wasted with Mailchimp custserv chat, who also gave up and said it’s a problem of the plugin developer.
Despite a few message reporting the same thing developers have yet to appear.
