I’m trying to create an archive page so that I can sort my posts between two categories — Primary Articles and Guest Articles. I want all the primary articles to route to my posts page, and I want all my guest articles to route to another location. My idea was to separate all my posts by category, and then route them accordingly. But part of that idea was to create an archive page to route my guest articles to; however, the option to create an archive page is no longer available on my pages. I think I must have disabled it when I installed a plugin or something.

    (1) Does this sound like a reasonable plan to accomplish what I am trying to do?
    (2) Do I have to uninstall every plug in one at a time to try to find out which one is hiding that option from me?

  • Hello, I’m not sure what archive option you’re talking about, you can create a category for guest post and a category for normal posts and in your sidebar add those two categories.

To check if a plugin conflict exists you simply need to disable the plugins one by one no need to uninstall them
