No answer for a week, cannot use plugin

I purchased the pro version of the plugin because the features looked great. Unfortunately I was unable to test it because the admin dashboard did not save my settings. I sent them one email regarding it, sent them another one a few days later, no response. I cannot even login to my account page on their site because their lost password link does not work. I am disappointed. I Paid 99 usd for the plugin, I expect more support, basically I lost 99 usd at this point.
