No alert email field for variable products

When you have a variable product that is out of stock, the stock alert email field doesn’t show up.

I tried to enable the wp_debug, but this didn’t give any errors.

Closer inspection with my browser js debug tool, it appears that the response value is not fully clean. This result contains a newline (response: “\ntrue”) in the response value, and probably interferes with the check if the field need to be shown.
