    Hello Alessandro,
Client has custom profile fields for its members. When we log in as Admin we can go to the member custom profile and edit field content, EXCEPT we cannot change the image fields. Please advise as admins are often setting up the profiles for their members.

No field permissions settings seem to be available to allow this.

    Hi Tim,

What version of WPUM are you using? And are you using any paid add-ons, if so, what version?

If you’re using any paid add-ons, support can only be provided by opening a support ticket https://wpusermanager.com/support/open-support-ticket/ because as per wordpress.org rules, I’m not allowed to provide support for paid products through this forum.

    Let me know.

Old version (1.4.3), no paid addons. Can’t update to 2.x without breaking the site and no clue why (even logs don’t help, but dashboard testing shows it’s definitely wpum update causing the break).

If we could back-end-edit image fields they’d be happy.

The ability to edit uploaded images is a feature in v2.0+.

If you’re having issues upgrading, send me an email to support[at]wpusermanager.com with the logs so I can have a look at what’s happening.
