No admin email with new order

    Hello,

    Previously we would receive an email to our admin account with the invoice attached when an order got placed. Somehow this stopped working. I updated WordPress to 4.3.1, WooCommerce to 2.4.7, and WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips to 1.5.22. No luck, however.

    At the plugin status everything is green, except opcache which is orange. I checked all the temp folders, they are all writeable (even tried changing permission to 777, but this didn’t help either).

    What can I do? My client needs this functionality :(.

    Hey @cealin, sorry to hear about this issue! I’m afraid that Sequential Order Numbers does not trigger any emails, so it sounds like the issue is with the invoicing plugin, as that’s probably most likely to send emails and thus be the source of the issue.

    If the emails are triggered by the invoice plugin, I’d recommend reaching out to the author of that plugin to troubleshoot 🙂

    Woops, you are right, I mentioned the wrong plugin. Thanks for your answer :).
