No access to wp-admin / resetting password

    Hi,

    I am a beginner at WordPress and a while ago I started a website. Now I am trying to log in to wp-admin, but I can’t remember my password. I have clicked on the link to reset the password many times, but no email is received (needless to say I have checked the spam folder).

    Could you advise please?

    In WordPress, there is more than one way for Rsetting Your Password . I find the phpMyAdmin method to be the most straight-forward, as you’ll be changing the password directly in the database, and your username will be revealed as part of the process.

    Thank you very much Tara. I can’t access phpMyAdmin at the moment, but hopefully my hosting company can help me with this. Cheers.
