No access page –

I have purchased the Captcha plugin to limit spam downloads for my client. When I use the plugin provided link on the front end, when clicked, it immediately brings me to a no-access page even though no restrictions besides the mandatory Captcha button is on. However, the page shows the download button and captcha info! I can still download it even though it brings me to the no-access page and states “You do not have permission to access this download. Go to homepage” right above the download button. I’m so confused!

I’m trying to add an email submission form to the download before someone is able to download this, and I am having a hard time figuring this out!
