Ninja Popups not working with theme

    Hello Sir,
    Great work on the theme. I really like it however it does not work with NInja pop up. For some reason it does not transfer the name fields into the form when a user clicks on the pop up to get moreinfo. It works fine with my current theme. However I really like your theme and was going to donate or updgrade to the pro version if I could get everything working. 🙁

    Hi,
    try disabling the smooth scroll in Appearance -> Customize -> General Settings -> Links ..

    Thanks It was already disabled. I tried enabling it with no luck

    Here is a link to page that has pop up. You will notice that there is nothing in the fields when you click the first button to open up next box.

    I already had it disabled. I tried enabling with no success.
    what it is doing is when the first pop up comes up it asks for user to click to view a video, then goes to second step and asks for name phone email etc. In those fields the placeholder text does not show and it looks all stretched and out of wack.

    I could not put a link in for a sample because it kept kicking me out.

    strange. its not on firefox.. Let me try it my phone..

    strange it works fine on my phone. But not on any other computer.. Let me check my resizing setting on the pop up

    Ok I just checked it. It works fine on chrome. But not on firefox or explorer. Also works fine on my iphone.

    Well I got this info from developer of ninja pop up

    As told to ad this to custom css for the pop up and it works now in all browsers.

    .snp-field { height: auto !important; }

    Ah I see, should be due to some fixed height for input fields in Customizr, and the fact they maybe use the box-sizing property and a padding.. Something that might happen.

    yes ninja popup not working with customizr theme….

    in previous version of customizr there was no problem but with new version now the popup doesnot function properly…..please help as this is the most important feature of my site

    if i use this text >>
    [ninja_forms_modal_form id=2 text_link="Click here to fill out out form"]
    then it must open up the popup form
