IN THE ALL PURPOSE theme, v. 4.9.5, the standard supplied CONTACT widget v. 1.4.1.no longer appears where the user submits his/her name, email address, and message. When previously published, there were two columns: what now appears on the right w/ the above widget in a column on the left.

Please and kindly, can you tell me where the problem rests? Thank you.
