    While the plugin is good, the support is very bad. If you have a question, they’ll either just refer you to an article, or fawn you off blaming your hosting. Not a very patient lot these guys!

    Hi,

    We take our client support tickets seriously, however support for Swift Lite is limited.

    That said, I can’t find any support thread from you here. Did you contact Swift Performance support directly? If so, what’s your ticket number so I may take a look into it?

    Actually I have the paid version, and YES sorry but your support was Nil, I was giving the typical run around to read the documentation and after all that was told it was my hosting fault, and when it was proven it wasn’t my hosting fault, I gave access to my wp-admin and that worked for a day then 403 errors etc, a real nightmare. I actually found great advice from a WordPress forum with an unofficial guide to settings and that worked a treat.

    Sad day when I have to get help elsewhere, because the plugin support couldn’t be bothered to help….

    Also one still outstanding issue with the plugin, is the image optimizing, it runs too many process when scanning images and freezes ones site, it uses way too much cpu processes which can be seen in the cpanel. That issue has being there since day one.

    I’m sorry to hear about you encountered issues while using our plugin. Did you report back that your issue still wasn`t solved?
