• I have had a good experience using WPForms on our website. I enjoy the simplicity of the tool as well as the ability to add more complex, conditional activities. There are one or two things I wish it did that it doesn’t currently do because it’s just not a typical need for a webform (for example: if you use the custom HTML field to enter text as part of your form, it doesn’t automatically get included when a copy of the form is emailed to the notification recipients). When I’ve e-mailed with the WPForms team about how to make those kinda of ideas work, they have been very helpful to find work-arounds and take my ideas down for future updates (in the case above, you just add the text into the notification e-mail text where it applies around the form fields). Only time will tell if they add any of those functionalities, but they’re friendly and responsive none-the-less and it works for everything we’ve needed so far. It also has connected seamlessly to our Constant Contact account, which is a nice feature.
