[NextGen Gallery Widget] Functions not working right

Wordpress is up-to-date, and I just downloaded two days ago the Photocrati theme with NextGenPro. So everything I have is 100% up-to-date.

I added to the bottom of my site the NextGen Gallery Widget to display recent/random photos. I want it to display recent photos from all galleries, and I have images in two of the six I’ve created so far (I’m still working on setting everything up, it’s a slow process). My problem is though, that I can only get it to display images from one gallery, not all of them. I’ve tried setting it to “All Galleries” from the drop-down, and I tried setting it to “Selected Galleries” and putting in all the gallery IDs. Nothing I do seems to work.

I have no other plug-ins or widgets installed at this time that could be conflicting with it.

I have not done any custom CSS.

I’ve strictly been working within Photocrati’s theme parameters that you can select as basic settings.
