NEXTGEN GALLERY VS QTRANSLATEX

Hello, I wanted your help!
There i am outlining what is my problem.
I did the following updates:
1. wordpress from 3.8.5 to 4.2.1
2. i changed plugin with qtranslate qtranslatex plugin
3. i Updated version plugin NextGen Gallery 2.0.79.

Before making these updates the title of the image inside the gallery was for example :
<!–:it–>DONNA<!–:–><!–:en–>WOMAN<!–:–>
and the description was :
<!–:it–>PROTESI IN LATTICE<!–:–><!–:en–>FOAM LATEX PROSTHETICS<!–:–>

during the translation i saw or the text in English or the text in italian, i saw the topic and i tried to make the following changes:
1. [:it]donna[:en]WOMAN
2. [:it]donna[:en]WOMAN[:]
3. [:it]donna[:][:en]WOMAN[:]

but in all circumstances continued to display on the page as usual text such as “[:it]donna[:en]WOMAN “
for the description is the text i appears as: “PROSTHESIS IN LATEX SCHIUMATOFOAM LATEX PROSTHETICS”

how can I solve the problem?
