NextGEN gallery not intalling

    What happens when you try to install it?

    Hello wpyogi

    It just say that it failed to install. I’ve even tried upload sing the zip file too.
    Where normally it would say it was successful and you have the option to activate, it don’t. Just says failed to install. And the isn’t a error code or anything

    lozzy45, have you tried a manual upload via FTP?

    No, I wouldn’t know how to do that?

    Download the Nextgen folder from the plugin’s page, deactivate the plugin from the backend and upload files in /wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery using a FTP client as Filezilla.
    A backup before any change is always recommended.
