NEXTGEN gallery conflicts

    I have Tamplate Monster theme and i purchased NEXTGEN PRO gallery. part of the pro galleries are not work for me, like the NextGEN Pro Horizontal Filmstrip. NEXTGEN support team told me that i having a conflict becuase of my theme.
    does somebody familiar with this problem???
