@sswaim – That is really unfortunate you are not able to upload images, and a response of needing to be logged in would simply be a starting point, not the only suggestion to go forward with.
What troubleshooting steps did you take (make sure to add those to your current Support topic), perhaps its a plugin conflict, or maybe a Permalinks issue … it could even be your current theme in some rare cases.
We’d like to help but even here we need more information to get to that point.

Erick, yes i think it is the theme I am using. I was hoping to use the NextGen Gallery slideshow as I prefer it over the one associated with the theme I purchased.
@sswaim – thanks for the update. So it sounds like you are thinking that it’s a theme conflict? If your theme is active, something is not working with NextGEN uploads? If so, can you give us the name of the theme so we can give it a try ourselves. If there’s an issue there, we’d love to resolve it. Thanks!
